3. A friendly reminder; After banking in, please DO NOT THROW away your statement/receipt/reference number until we have cleared that we have received the money incase anything goes wrong, you would be able to track back your money you've transfered or banked in.
4. All parcels have a 'Tracking Code' and it will be given to you after parcel is mailed. Do request for one incase we forget to give it you.
