4. First come first serve basis. Items can be reserved for up to 3 days, if payment is not made the item will be released for sale.

5. Payment via bank must be made within 3 days of confirmation.

6. Goods will be mailed on fridays.

7. Buyers are to bear all mailing and shipping costs.

8. We assure you that items are in good condition unless stated.

9. Actual colour of items may slightly differ due to lightings and/or monitor resolutions.

11. All payments are to be made via my CIMB account. We accept payment through Maybank and CIMB.

Buying our clothes can easily be done with this simple step by step guide.

1. Look through the blog.

2. If anything catches your eye, note down the name of the item you are interested in.

3. If you have any enquiries or would like to purchase anything, do email us at white.lily.boutique@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Subject of the email is the item you would like to purchase. For example,
"Subject: Basic Tee"

Do include these details;
-Name
-Contact number
-Address
-Item code/name
-Colour/size (if stated)

-DELIVERY METHOD-

1. Mailing and shipping costs :-
->RM 4 (for pos Express)
->RM 6 (for pos Laju)
(applies for both west and east Malaysia)

2. All items will only be posted on FRIDAY's. Hence, all payment has to be made before friday.

3. A friendly reminder; After banking in, please DO NOT THROW away your statement/receipt/reference number until we have cleared that we have received the money incase anything goes wrong, you would be able to track back your money you've transfered or banked in.

4. All parcels have a 'Tracking Code' and it will be given to you after parcel is mailed. Do request for one incase we forget to give it you.

5. All payments are to be paid to my CIMB account.
